Vision
We are an interfaith action coalition, currently composed of religions including Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Baha'i, and Unitarian-Universalist. The group has come together with the vision of a flourishing community fed by the vibrant diversity of Uptown. The Uptown area is composed of many diverse clusters. We want to connect these vast range of cultures, creating a place where people know each other, celebrate diversity, connect spiritually, and empower wise solutions for our common needs.
Mission
Our current interfaith network engages in topics to learn from each other, holding public events with speakers and discussion groups on religious and community themed issues. We are looking to expand our network and engage as many groups as possible. We are working to sponsor events which uplift the gifts and resources of the network, such as youth development, cultural events, educational forums, interfaith dialogue, arts instruction, health screenings etc.
